Our light as a cloud chiffon sponge made with yuzu, mandarin, juice, zest, and olive oil. Topped with vanilla mascarpone chantilly and yuzu marmalade.

Only available while yuzu season lasts

Contains plain flour, baking powder, olive or canola oil, sugar, cream of tartar, free range eggs.
