Petite chocolate mousse cake (Saturday 5th of Sept)

Our twice baked chocolate mousse cake, with espresso mascarpone cream to accompany. (flourless)

13cm size feeds 4 generous wedges or stretch to 8 slivers. Keeps well for four days. 

Eggs, dark chocolate, sugar, sea salt, butter. (May contain trace of gluten and nuts due to the nature of the bakery)

Boil a kettle and fill a jug to dip your hot knife into between each cut, to serve neat portions.
